Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for human resources, with the ability to manage relationships effectively. As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in lead generation, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a seamless recruitment process. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Workday, Taleo, or PeopleSoft is essential for this position.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
* Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding.
* Utilise social media management tools to promote job openings and engage potential candidates.
* Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the organisation.
* Maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide updates on recruitment progress.
* Leverage HRIS systems for tracking candidate information and maintaining accurate records.
* Collaborate with the HR team to enhance the overall candidate experience.
* Generate leads through networking and relationship management within the industry.
Requirements
* Proven experience in recruitment or human resources, preferably within a corporate environment.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on relationship management.
* Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, or PeopleSoft is highly desirable.
* Experience in lead generation techniques and social media management for recruitment purposes.
* Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM tools to manage candidate interactions.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
