You are a proven construction professional with: 6 years’ experience in the industry, ideally with a Main Contractor. Strong track record as a Site Manager / Foreman / Construction Manager, leading large site teams. Experience managing major projects, preferably in commercial or mixed-use development. A qualification in construction (degree/diploma) or a strong trade background. A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality throughout all phases of the build. Key Responsibilities: As Site Manager, you will: Lead and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams. Report directly to the Contracts Manager. Drive programme delivery, ensuring all project milestones are met. Maintain strict compliance with building regulations. Uphold health & safety standards across the site.
