Role Summary The Site Manager will oversee the day-to-day management of construction sites, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to coordinate effectively with staff, subcontractors, and clients. Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise daily site operations, ensuring compliance with all health & safety regulations. Lead and motivate site teams and subcontractors to deliver high-quality work. Monitor progress against project plans, addressing challenges and ensuring deadlines are met. Carry out regular site inspections to ensure quality standards and specifications are achieved. Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on site performance. Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and senior management to ensure project objectives are aligned. Promote a positive, safe, and collaborative working environment. Requirements Proven experience as a Site Manager or in a similar supervisory role within construction. Strong knowledge of construction processes, standards, and health & safety legislation. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
