Salary: £96,200 - 113,700 per year Requirements:
* We require a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Data Architect, with a strong focus on Azure. You should have proven expertise in Azure Data Services, including Azure SQL, Synapse, Data Factory, Data Lake, and Microsoft Fabric. Hands-on experience with Dataverse and its integration within the Power Platform and Azure ecosystem is essential. A strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling for both transactional and analytical systems is expected. You must also have a deep understanding of data architecture principles, including data warehousing, lakehouse, and real-time analytics. Additionally, experience with data governance, security, and compliance frameworks is necessary. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are a must.
Responsibilities:
* In this role, you will design and architect end-to-end data solutions using Azure services, including Azure Synapse, Data Lake, Databricks, Azure SQL, and Microsoft Fabric. You will lead the integration of Dataverse with other Azure components and enterprise systems. Defining data governance, security, and compliance strategies aligned with organizational policies will be part of your responsibilities. Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translating them into technical solutions is crucial. You will also provide technical leadership and mentorship to data engineers and developers, optimize data pipelines, and storage for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency. Staying current with Azure innovations and recommending the adoption of new technologies where appropriate will be part of your role.
