** Site Manager – North of England (multi-site) **
£325–£375 p/d (Outside IR35)

Heavy Engineering / Mechanical Installations / Infrastructure Projects
My client is a respected engineering organisation and are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the installation and coordination of works on a major scheme in the North of England.
Daily Duties of the Site Manager:
1. Plan, coordinate and supervise daily on-site activities
2. Ensure all works are delivered in line with Health & Safety legislation and company procedures
3. Lead daily briefings and maintain clear communication with clients, contractors and internal teams
4. Manage and maintain all site-based H&S files, quality records and regulatory documentation
5. Coordinate deliveries, logistics and the sequencing of installation activities
The Ideal Site Manager Will Have:
6. 5–10 years' experience managing construction or heavy engineering sites
7. Strong knowledge of mechanical installation, steelwork and or heavy plant assembly
8. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
9. Highly organised, proactive and able to work under pressure
10. Confident leadership style with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams
Qualifications Required:
11. HNC/HND in an engineering or technical discipline
12. SMSTS
13. CSCS Black (or equivalent senior site management card)
