CJS Recruitment are looking for Site Managers for a large and expanding construction company. We are looking for somone who has strong knowlege in roofing systems such as Liquid plastics and Flat roofing. This role requires in-depth knowledge of roofing systems and building regulations related to fire safety.This role is for Day and Night work.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES;
- Manage daily site operations, including labour, materials, subcontractors and equipement.
- Oversee roofing works including installation, inspection, repair and compliance with manufacturer specifications
- Implement and manage Health and Safety procedures, risk assessments and method statements (RAMS)
- Ensure accurate documentaion is maintained including site diaries, inspection records and compliance certificates.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS;
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry - Roofing Sectors
- Strong understanding of Liquid plastic and Flat Roofing
- Strong leadership and great communication skills to manage teams and liasing with clients, engineers, labourers.

- SMSTS / SSSTS
- CSCS
- First Aid at Work
- Asbestos awareness
- NVQ Level 6 in Construction Site Management or equivalent
