Northern Ireland Housing Executive - Administration Officer - Belfast

About the role:
1. £13.26 per hour
2. Monday to Friday
3. 37.5 hours per week
4. Holidays: 35 days pro rata
5. Duration: Temporary, ongoing
Duties include:
6. Accessing and using Salesforce grants information system to gather data, as required.
7. Assisting the Community Involvement and Cohesion team with inputting data into the Government funding database.
8. Assisting the Community Involvement and Cohesion team as required at community events.
9. Creating and maintaining excel spreadsheets.
10. Responding to email queries where required.
11. Communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
Criteria:
12. 5 GCSEs to include Maths and English.
13. 1 year’s relevant experience in a similar role, showing clear evidence of excellent written and communication skills.
14. IT/Microsoft Office Proficiency - Intermediate.
15. The ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a team.
16. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
17. The ability to interact with customers.
18. Flexibility to meet urgent work needs as they arise.
19. As part of the reference checking and vetting process for this position you will be requested to undertake a Basic AccessNI Disclosure. Having a criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position
