About the Role
We areseeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the people functionand drive HR strategy, employee engagement, and compliance. As part ofthe Senior Leadership Team, you will play a key role in shaping thefuture of the business and ensuring the smooth operation of HRprocesses.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee all HR functions, including employee relations(ER), recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
* Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and strategiesaligned with business objectives.
* Manage HR metrics andreporting, providing insights to leadership on workforce trends.
* Handle disciplinary procedures, acting as an InvestigatingOfficer and ensuring all documentation is managed appropriately.
* Oversee leave management, payroll reviews, benefitsadministration, and compensation planning (bonuses, promotions, carand travel allowances, leases).
* Support TUPE transfers whereapplicable.
* Take responsibility for office management, IT,training, health & safety, insurance, and facilities management.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably withinfinancial services or a related industry.
* Strong knowledge ofUK employment law and HR best practices.
* Experience handlingemployee relations, recruitment, payroll, and benefits administration.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solvingskills.
* Ability to manage multiple locations and work withsenior stakeholders.
* Experience with TUPE and HR consultingis a plus.
* A CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalentexperience) is preferred.
