The Role As Head of People, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the People agenda across Lina Stores. This is a hands-on, strategic leadership role where you’ll design and deliver impactful people initiatives across training, development, engagement, and culture. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to leaders, champion employee growth, and embed processes that ensure Lina Stores continues to be recognised as one of the UK’s best employers. What We’re Looking For Proven senior People/HR leadership experience in a multi-site, UK-wide organisation (hospitality/restaurant/retail preferred). Strong track record of delivering people initiatives with measurable results. Robust expertise in employee relations and UK employment law. Skilled in designing and embedding training and development programmes. Experience using data and people dashboards to influence decision-making. Pragmatic, hands-on, and solutions-focused with the ability to balance operational and strategic priorities. A natural coach with exceptional business partnering and influencing skills. Why Join Us?
