We are currently seeking an experienced Retail Fit-Out Site Manager to oversee night shift operations on a fast-paced project in Glasgow. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and reliable professional with a strong background in retail refurbishments and fit-outs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and coordinate all on-site activities during night shifts
2. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard
3. Supervise subcontractors and trades, ensuring productivity and quality
4. Maintain site health & safety in line with regulations
5. Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and daily briefings
6. Liaise with clients, suppliers, and the wider project team
7. Keep accurate site records and reports
Requirements:
8. Proven experience as a Site Manager on retail fit-out projects
9. Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications
10. Strong leadership and communication skills
11. Ability to manage tight deadlines and work under pressure
12. Availability to commit to a 9-month night shift contract
