Offer description

The role

is office‑based, working Monday to Friday on a 37.5‑hour week, with flexible working hours of either 8:00am – 4:00pm or 9:00am – 5:00pm (7.5‑hour shifts).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide administrative support across the full HR function
2. Support onboarding and offboarding processes
3. Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
4. Assist with recruitment activity, including interview coordination
5. Prepare HR documentation and correspondence
6. Respond to HR‑related queries from employees and managers
7. Support compliance with HR policies and procedures

Essential Skills & Attributes:

8. Previous experience in an HR Administrator or HR Assistant role
9. Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
10. Confident communicator with a professional and approachable manner
11. Able to handle confidential information with discretion
12. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
13. Proactive, positive, and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment

The Successful Candidate Will Have Experience In (Preferred, But Not Essential):

14. 1+ years in a HR, administrative, or office‑based role
15. Experience using HR systems and Microsoft Office
16. Supporting employee lifecycle processes
