Overview
Receptionist role at Hilton Glasgow Hotel, 1 William Street, Glasgow G3 8HT. The Receptionist provides reception services for guests to contribute to an overall exceptional experience from check-in through check-out as required. You will join the Front Office team, working in the Reception area of the hotel. You enjoy creating memorable experiences for our guests, ensuring the warmest welcome, demonstrating exceptional levels of customer service and great knowledge of all room categories and hotel facilities.

Responsibilities
* Provide reception services for guests from check-in to check-out as required.
* Join the Front Office team in the Reception area and contribute to guest satisfaction through outstanding service.
* Deliver a warm welcome and maintain high levels of customer service, with knowledge of room categories and hotel facilities.
