Interim Global Head of People Operations & Reward - c.£650 per day - London/Hybrid
We are partnering with a private equity-backed technology company seeking an interim Global Head of People Operations & Reward for an initial 3-6 month contract to support a period of change.
Reporting to the CPO, you will oversee a seamless end-to-end HR operational service across Europe, US, and APAC. While fundamentals are in place, your role is to globalize, harmonize, and enhance these processes amidst high growth and change. Additionally, you will design and implement broader global reward and benefits strategies.
Ideal candidates will have experience partnering with senior stakeholders (preferably in high-growth SaaS or technology businesses), a proven track record in developing a People Operations agenda, deep knowledge of HR Operations, HR Systems, Reward, and Benefits, and the ability to deliver swiftly in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
This is an urgent hire; candidates should be available immediately or imminently. Travel to the central London offices is expected 2-3 days per week.
