Job Description:
As a key member of Sky's Enterprise Technology Identity and Access Management team, you will help set the direction of Sky's IAM roadmap and strategy, expanding the platform (One Identity) across different business areas. You will develop, implement, and maintain secure IAM systems for internal stakeholders, ensuring compliance and security standards.
Responsibilities include:
* Design, develop, and implement IAM solutions using One Identity Manager.
* Collaborate to meet business requirements, security standards, and compliance.
* Develop custom scripts and processes to extend functionality.
* Configure connectors for identity sources like Active Directory, LDAP, HR systems.
* Test, troubleshoot, and resolve IAM issues.
* Manage the development lifecycle, testing, deployment, and change compliance.
* Ensure platform upgrades and emerging technology integration.
* Provide technical guidance and client training.
* Conduct security audits and address vulnerabilities.
* Work with auditors and stay ahead of security best practices.
* Work autonomously on complex projects and mentor team members.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Extensive recent experience with Identity Governance and Administration platforms, preferably One Identity.
* Strong knowledge of IAM concepts and protocols like LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect.
* Expertise in scripting languages (TSQL, Powershell, Bash).
* Experience with on-premise and cloud directory services (Azure AD, GSuite, LDAP).
* Subject matter expertise in authentication protocols.
* Awareness of security standards (ISO27001, NIST, CIS).
* Understanding of Web APIs (SOAP, REST, GraphQL).
* Knowledge of Access Controls and Identity Lifecycle management.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
