Description
1. Finding candidates from various sources for all levels
2. Conducting HR interviews
3. Arranging interviews for Directors and Managing Partners & co-ordinating assessments
4. Preparing and sending out employment contracts and supporting documents
5. Updating all employee records and systems
6. Joiner checklists including phone and laptop set up
7. Monthly Payroll including pensions
8. Advising on uploading and removing content for careers section of website
9. Be first point of contact for all training requests and arrange requested training courses as necessary.
10. Research new training courses and providers as required
11. Update templates, arranging appraisal meeting, note take during meetings and type up notes to send to appraiser and employee for sign off
12. Ensure all job descriptions are up to date
