HR Administrator
We are currently seeking an HR Administrator for our client based in Fowlmere, Cambridgeshire. The role is full‑time, permanent with the option for part‑time hours for the right candidate and requires working five days a week.

Responsibilities
* Support the recruitment and onboarding process, including compiling CVs, liaising with candidates and agencies, scheduling interview meetings, sending paperwork and conducting employment checks.
* Ensure internal processes for new starters are completed: IT forms, induction forms, probationary meetings and training requests.
* Administer and log the induction process for new recruits.
* Conduct exit conversations and complete administrative processes for leavers.
* Respond to reference requests for current and former staff.
* Ensure training documents are reviewed, signed off and approved.
* Organise and log internal training requests.
* Maintain absence documentation, return‑to‑work forms, years of service documentation and tracker.
* Maintain HR systems to reflect current staff details, contractual and benefits amendments, personal details, annual leave and sickness. Ensure filing and archiving complies with GDPR.
* Support cleaning up company events and other HR tasks as requested.
Qualifications
* Experience in an HR Administration or similar role and understanding of HR processes.
* Proficient use of MS Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask, organise and prioritise work.
* Capability to build relationships at all levels across the business.
Working Hours
37.5 hours per week: Monday‑Thursday 08:30‑17:00 and Friday 08:30‑15:45 (45‑minute unpaid lunch). Part‑time arrangements may be considered.
