Duties & Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the daily operations of the quality department across manufacturing activities.
* Provide leadership and performance management to the quality team, including appraisals and development.
* Act as the primary customer contact for all product quality matters, including FAIRs, PPAPs, and concessions.
* Conduct root cause analysis on non-conformances and implement corrective actions to drive quality improvements.
* Prepare and review quality KPIs, using data to inform performance improvement initiatives.
What Experience is Required
* Proven experience in a Quality Manager role within a manufacturing or aerospace environment.
* Strong knowledge of quality systems including ISO9001 and AS9100 standards.
* Experience managing audits, leading teams, and implementing quality assurance processes.
Salary & Benefits
Up to £50,000 depending on experience
* 257 hours annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays) plus birthday leave
