Are you a detail-oriented administrator with a passion for people and precision? Beaverbrook is looking for a friendly, efficient, and organised HR Administrator to join our Human Resources team on a part-time basis. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently, values flexibility, and is keen to support the behind-the-scenes HR processes that help our business thrive. What You’ll Do: Create employment contracts and process internal promotions Maintain accurate employee records using our HR system (Fourth) Monitor our HR inbox and support with day-to-day HR admin tasks Assist with payroll changes, reference checks, and onboarding Be the go-to person for employee queries and document management What We’re Looking For: Proven admin experience (HR knowledge is a bonus!) Great attention to detail and confident communication skills Comfortable using HR systems like Fourth, Harri, MapalOne or similar A warm, positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile What’s in It for You?
