Job Title: Quality Manager
Location: Ely, Cambridgeshire
Shift: Days (Monday-Friday)
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum

Quality manager role and responsibilities:
* Monitor concrete testing at factories to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.
* Maintain and update approved concrete mix designs in coordination with the Technical Team.
* Ensure all Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) are up-to-date and relevant to manufactured products.
* Identify, report, and manage non-conformances effectively.
* Prepare clear and concise technical and management reports.
* Support product and material trials, including innovation initiatives.
* Communicate regularly with Technical and Quality Teams to ensure alignment.
* Promote and ensure compliance with company policies, including health and safety.
* Stay current with industry standards and apply new knowledge to improve practices.
* Undertake additional tasks as requested by Senior Management.
Previous Experience:
* Experience in architectural and structural precast concrete manufacturing.
* Strong technical knowledge of concrete technology and statistical analysis.
* Excellent numerical, measurement, and cross-referencing skills.
* Methodical problem-solving and attention to detail.
* Strong time management with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills, interacting at all levels.
* Highly motivated, self-driven, and able to work independently within a team.
* Excellent planning, organisational, and multitasking abilities.
