About the role We are looking for a Treasury Data Quality Manager who will be responsible for reviewing/performing robust investment asset and derivative data quality checks across a large population of data stored within FIS Quantum. You will be responsible for transactional regulatory reporting for derivatives and repurchase agreements and be the Ops Derivative Lead on new projects like EMIR Refit and liaise with external and internal auditors and the financial control team. Responsibilities First line of defence (together with Treasury Data Quality Analyst) to check and ensure investment asset data and derivative trades entered into FIS Quantum by the Investment Team and Front Office Derivative Traders are rigorously accurate and complete Effective and timely logging of findings arising from the verification process into the Issues Log in Teams Responsible for reviewing/performing robust investment asset and derivative data quality checks intra-month and at month-end across a large population of data stored within FIS Quantum which feed critical month-end reports Reviewing against changing requirements the completeness and accuracy of multiple data mapping tables within FIS Quantum Responsible for daily transactional derivative and repurchase agreements regulatory reporting as per EMIR and SFTR. Act as the subject matter expert on EMIR and SFTR reporting, staying up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry best practices; Responsible for reviewing the monthly public and private assets credit rating reconciliations to golden sources. Responsible for fielding ad hoc derivative and investment asset coupon mis-matches escalated to Treasury Middle Office by the Settlements Team. Responsible for communicating, populating and updating the Illiquid Post Trade Workflow with any new private assets purchased during the month. Responsible for reviewing and maintaining effective and complete Checklist Templates per asset, derivative and repurchase agreement type and ensuring a Checklist is created and all verification steps are completed for each and every new trade entered into Quantum. Run daily exception reports to determine data errors. Review/maintain daily, weekly and monthly Dashboards to summarise and evidence to Line Manager that the checks and controls are being maintained in Quantum, errors identified and private asset securities corrected in FIS Quantum and fully signed-off for data accuracy. Support Treasury Middle Office on various business lead projects and continuous improvement projects to streamline workflows and processes.
