Fixed Term Pension Administrator
Duration: Up to 31 March 2026
Join the pension team to undertake a range of duties related to the Authority's pension functions, ensuring an efficient and effective service.
Qualifications and Experience: Previous experience in a Pension, HR, or Payroll environment is advantageous. Proficiency in IT packages, including Microsoft Office, is desirable.
Key Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for all Pension, HR, and Payroll enquiries. Demonstrate customer focus and the ability to convey information accurately and clearly.
Additional Requirements: Ability to greet customers in Welsh is a requirement for this position.
Core Responsibilities: Protecting children, young people, or adults at risk is a fundamental responsibility for all council employees.
Working Arrangements: The council's Hybrid Working Policy applies, outlining how working hours are to be divided between home and office.
