HR AdministratorWe have an exciting opportunity for a HR Administrator to join a successful, growing business in Guildford. This is a generalist role working as part of a friendly HR team providing support to approx 1000 employees in the UK.

Key responsibilities will include:
1. First point of contact for employees in regard to HR queries
2. Draft offers of employment and prepare new joiner documents
3. Liaise with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development and HR teams to ensure new employees are onboarded efficiently
4. Maintain the HR database including inputting new starter information, salary changes, promotions etc
5. Support HR Advisors with ER case administration, including preparing letters and note taking at meetings
6. Conduct pre-employment screening including obtaining references and right to work documentation
7. Process administration relating to maternity / paternity / adoption leave
8. Update policies and procedures in line with employment legislation updates
9. Assist with administration relating to TUPE transfers
10. Assist with wider HR projects and initiatives, for example well-being, learning and development etc
The successful candidate will:
11. Have previous HR Admin experience
12. Be passionate about delivering an outstanding service
13. Possess excellent interpersonal andmunication skills
