The role: An excellent opportunity for an experienced salesperson to join one of our popular franchises, providing high-quality service to our customers and representing Marshall Motor Group and our leading brands. You will be responsible for the end-to-end customer experience, converting interactions into vehicle, finance, and insurance sales. We will provide sales process, FCA, and compliance training through our Sales Orientation course and manufacturer-specific training to keep your knowledge current.

* Achieve individual sales targets by exploring and satisfying customer needs for finance, insurance, and optional extras.
* Assist in generating a steady flow of inquiries through prospecting and marketing.
* Maintain a thorough knowledge of manufacturer vehicles and options, participating in regular updates.
* Manage the vehicle handover process, ensuring compliance with procedures.
* Follow Marshall and industry regulations related to vehicle, finance, and insurance sales.
