Job Description
What you’ll do
The Regional Recruiter works independently with multiple branches, engaging with the local community by building relationships with job centres, colleges, and more. Your goal is to develop an attraction plan to hire quality care workers. Flexibility to work one or two days from home is available. The role involves traveling to various branches to understand demand, support interviews, selection, and onboarding of new care workers. You will thrive on challenges, enjoy achieving SLA and KPI targets, and use your local area knowledge and analytical skills to create effective hiring plans. This is an exciting time to join us as we invest in new systems and operational models to enhance our services.

Qualifications
What you need
Significant experience in a fast-paced environment with a proven recruitment or resourcing background, either agency or in-house, across any sector. Experience managing high-volume vacancies and candidates is essential. Highly organized with multitasking skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. Excellent communication skills for engaging with candidates and managers at all levels. Database management experience, preferably with an applicant tracking system. Proven responsibility and ownership of tasks to ensure timely completion.
