The venue is open throughout the year, with minimal evenings, and the operation comprises casual dining, a number of retail catering outlets and a wide range of family driven events facilities.
Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Venue Catering Manager, who is able to demonstrate a stable and progressive, operationally driven background, gained managing multi-outlet, multi-faceted catering operations.
This is most definitely a 'hands-on', face of the business role, and the successful candidate for the role of Venue Catering Manager will report directly to the venue founders, and will have full responsibility for the day to day running of the catering department, including the management, development and weekly rota scheduling of a team of 4 full-time and approximately 12 part time staff, dependent on the season.
