We have partnered with the UK entity of an international bank based in the city of London who are looking for a HR Administrator.
The role of HR Administrator is to provide HR administrative support on a day-to-day basis and to provide safe and secure, fit for purpose HR systems and processes (physical and electronic) that are constantly and consistently maintained and developed in order to support HR’s operational and strategic requirements.
Responsibilities
1. The maintenance of the HR system and personnel files, undertaking routine system administration. Ensuring integrity of data, and that process and security is maintained through continuous monitoring and evaluation.
2. HR analysis of data captured and providing HR Management Information on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
3. Conducting a mini HR audit (contracts, appraisals, payroll data, training records)
