* This is a client-facing role, so you will need experience selling support to global businesses.
* You can have a blend of in-house and consulting experience across your career.
* This position is working for a leading advisory practice.

• Comfortable in a client-facing advisory role
• Solid technical reward foundations + commercial mindset
• Confident leading projects and influencing stakeholders
Scope of the role:
• End-to-end reward strategy (UK & global)
• Pay transparency, performance frameworks
• Job architecture, levelling, grading & job evaluation
• Bonus & LTI design, reward modelling & benchmarking
• Leading client delivery + managing project teams
• Coaching junior consultants & contributing commercially
