Roles/Responsibilities:

* Guide managers through consistent, competency-based recruitment processes
* Manage sickness absence and collaborate with occupational health providers
* Oversee training and development initiatives, ensuring compliance and capability growth
* Maintain accurate employee lifecycle records and ensure GDPR compliance
* Provide data-driven HR insights and reports to inform business decisions
* Manage and enhance the HRIS system for optimal efficiency
Qualifications:
1. CIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalent experience preferred
