As a Recruiter, you will: Partner closely with key stakeholders to understand the latest recruitment needs and adviseon the hiring strategies accordingly. Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including the job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Build and maintaina strong talent pipeline by proactively networking and engaging with potential candidates. Contribute to employerbranding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employerof choice and attract the best talent. Team with the broader recruitment team on varioustopics and projectsacross the European region. Experience Required: Proven experience (5 years) in internal recruitment, preferably within the consulting industry or a related field. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, manage talent pipelines, and foster career development programs. Direct sourcing experience and a successful track record of creating diverse pipelines are essential. Your Skills and Attributes: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization. Analytical mindset with proficiency in recruitment metrics, analyzing data and making data-driven decisions to optimize recruitment processes. Proactive, results-oriented, and passionate about driving continuous improvement and delivering exceptional talent acquisition outcomes. Your Technical Skills: Experience in using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is essential – Workday is preferred Strong MS Officeskills are essential – Excel, Word and PowerPoint are required Experience working with Linked In Recruiter Why Join Us?
