More About Your Role
As Assistant Placemaker Manager you will deputise for the Placemaker Manager and co‑ordinate catering and retail operations to maximise sales and profitability. Your responsibilities include stock orders, stock takes, sales audits, vending, delivering promotional activity and leading and managing the catering team.
You will ensure the team responds to all product enquiries from prospective and current members, and we will motivate your team to create opportunities by being proactive and productive, allowing you to deliver the team’s agreed KPIs.
More About You
You will have previous experience working in a similar role, ideally within a leisure/health centre environment, and a well‑rounded knowledge of customer service and administration.
Ideally you will have previous management experience and a good understanding of all aspects of running a successful leisure centre, from membership acquisition and maximising sales to rota management and more.
Above all you will have a genuine passion for keeping fit and creating active places and healthy people.
