The Progression: Prove It & Level Up
We believe in rewarding results, not tenure.
* Phase 1 (Probation): You come in at £35k. You learn the product, you hunt, and you close. You show us you can hit the numbers.
* Phase 2 (Post-Probation): As soon as you sign off, your base jumps to £45k.
* Phase 3 (Scale): As you consistently exceed targets and demonstrate leadership, you will move toward a Sales Director role, hiring and mentoring the next generation of Unistreet sales people.

* B2B Grit: Proven experience in B2B sales is essential. You know how to navigate stakeholders and close subscriptions.
Future Leader: You have the vision to see where the company is going and the organizational skill to help us build the systems to get there.
