Our client, a rapidly expanding robotics company in the defence and security, automotive, and aerospace sectors, is currently seeking an HR Manager. This permanent role offers the opportunity to be a part of a dynamic and innovative team in Southampton. 
Key Responsibilities:
Implementing HR policies and procedures in alignment with global guidelines from the HQ.
Managing employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinary procedures, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Developing and overseeing benefits programmes and ensuring compliance with employment laws.
Conducting recruitment and onboarding processes for new hires.
Providing support for workforce planning and development initiatives.
Job Requirements:
Experience in HR management within a STEM or production facility environment, particularly in naval, aerospace, or maritime industries.
In-depth knowledge of benefits, employee relations, and employment law.
Experience of working in blue-collar environments.
Flexible around working hours to accommodate out-of-hours calls.
Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a global team.
CIPD qualification or equivalent experience is desirable.
