HR Administrator (Hybrid) needed in Guildford, £13.80ph PAYE - Reference: 5273219
• To provide administrative support in respect of all aspects of HR, Learning and Development, and Payroll as required, including:
1. Dealing with applicants, colleagues, councillors, and other customers and stakeholders, in person, by email, and on the phone
2. Leading and resolving transactional HR, L&D, and Payroll administration tasks
3. Supporting the scheduling of meetings and events
4. Supporting HR financial management such as raising PO requests
• Health and Safety
Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety legislation for your area of work, identifying, managing, and monitoring risks as required.
This is a full-time role on a temporary contract basis.
