The Role
As the HR Manager, you’ll take ownership of the full employee lifecycle: from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. You’ll work closely with senior leaders to shape and deliver an HR strategy that supports growth and empowers every employee to thrive.
Key Responsibilities
 * Lead end‑to‑end recruitment, ensuring a seamless candidate and onboarding experience.
 * Provide expert advice on all employee relations matters, supporting managers across multiple sites.
 * Oversee payroll processes, contracts, HR records, and GDPR compliance.
 * Drive employee engagement initiatives and support company‑wide events.
 * Produce and analyse HR metrics to inform business decisions.
 * Lead and deliver HR projects and policy development in line with best practice.
About You
We’re looking for a confident, approachable, and proactive HR professional with a proven track record of success in a similar generalist or multi‑site environment.
Skills And Experience
 * Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
 * Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills at all levels.
 * CIPD Level 5 qualified (or working towards).
 * Confident managing HR systems and payroll processes.
 * Highly organised with outstanding attention to detail.
 * Able to work under pressure, prioritise effectively, and maintain confidentiality at all times.
