We are seeking a proactive and professional HR Officerto join our team at Malhotra Group on a temporary contract. This is an excellent opportunity for an Employee Relations focussed HR professional to work in a varied, high impact role within a dynamic multi-site organisation.
This is a pivotal role with a strong focus on employee relations casework, including managing disciplinaries, grievances, investigations, and capability processes. You will provide clear, practical advice to managers, ensuring that policies and procedures are applied consistently, fairly, and in line with employment law and internal best practice.
A key part of the role will be preparing and reviewing case documentation, supporting hearings and meetings, and guiding managers through often complex and sensitive situations. You will play a critical role in risk management by ensuring cases are handled thoroughly, professionally and defensibly. You will act as the first point of contact for employee relations queries, promoting best practice and helping to maintain positive and productive working relationships across the Group.
