Sales Executive

What’s on Offer?

Job type: Permanent
Location: Aldershot
Salary: £25,000 (dependant on experience) with potential for commission once established.
Key Responsibilities:

Achieve and exceed individual sales targets.
Win new business from local advertisers and maintain/develop existing client relationships.
Contribute to company goals by promoting the full range of products and cross-selling where appropriate.
Make a consistent number of high-quality sales calls each day.
Secure and attend the required number of face-to-face client meetings.
Build and nurture strong relationships with Marketing Managers and business owners.
Actively engage in sales meetings and participate in team initiatives.
Maintain strong internal working relationships with other departments.
Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and in line with company policies.

Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements:

High energy and enthusiasm with a strong, “sales hungry” mindset and positive outlook.
Interest in media, marketing, and communications, with the ability to sell concepts and solutions.
Confident communicator both on the telephone and in face-to-face meetings.
Self-starter who is highly motivated, professional, and engaging.
Personable and skilled at building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Naturally organised with strong prioritisation skills and a proactive, strategic approach.
Possesses a “hunter-farmer” mentality – capable of winning new business and managing existing accounts.
Previous sales experience is advantageous but not essential.
