As the HR Manager, you’ll take ownership of the entire HR function, from recruitment and employee relations to performance management and compliance. You’ll lead initiatives that enhance employee experience and support organisational growth, while ensuring the organisation remains aligned with best practices and employment law.Key elements of the role include;Lead full-cycle recruitment and workforce planningDevelop succession planning and training programmesAct as the main point of contact for employee relations and conflict resolutionImplement performance management processes and support managersMaintain and update HR policies in line with employment lawAssist with payroll, benefits, and compensation reviewsDrive engagement, diversity, and inclusion initiativesThis is a site based role with flexibility.What we’re looking for; Proactive and solutions focused HR generalist with broad experience gained at Management level, ideally within an SME organisation.Manufacturing (or similar) would be preferredStrong knowledge of employment law and HR best practiceExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsNigel Wright's HR Team;Please get in touch with Sue to discuss this role in more detail - sue.odonovan@nigelwright.com
