You will provide vital administrative support to the HR function, ensuring the smooth running of processes across various aspects of HR operations.
What you'll do:
Coordinating and processing Learning & Development activities and related administration
Maintaining and updating the HR system, ensuring data integrity for management reporting
Supporting onboarding processes including preparation of offer letters, contracts, and induction schedules
Assisting with offboarding tasks and preparing relevant leaver documentation
Taking incoming calls related to absence reporting and logging relevant details
Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Head of HR
Ensuring employee records are accurate, confidential, and up to date
What you’ll need:
Previous HR Administrative experience within professional services is desirable
A high level of discretion and confidentiality is a requirement of this role...
