Location: Basingstoke
Salary: £50,000-£55,000 + company car or car allowance

Introduction
We're looking for experienced Site Managers to join a leading company in the Transmission & Distribution (T&D) sector. If you have a background in substation management, HV electrical work, or cabling, this is a fantastic opportunity to step into a major role with long-term career development. What will I be doing?
As a Site Manager, you'll:
Lead daily site operations on substation and T&D projects
Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and compliance standards
Coordinate teams, contractors, and project activities
Carry out site inspections and resolve issues early
Support and develop on-site staff to deliver strong results
What do I need to succeed?
We're looking for someone with:
Proven experience in site management within substations, T&D, utilities, or power projects
Understanding of cabling, HV electrical systems, or electrical construction
SMSTS, NRSWA, and First Aid qualifications
Confidence leading teams and making decisions under pressure
A safety-focused mindset and strong attention to detail
