Role
The HR Administrator will support the HR Business Partner in all aspects of HR and support the Senior Management Team in delivering organisational HR objectives. They will also be the key administrative contact in the absence of the HR Business Partner.
* Presenting and reviewing the Company Induction process in line with new starter commencement dates and ensuring all relevant new starter paperwork is collated.
* Monitoring and reviewing disclosure checks for new and existing employees.
* Pension administration to employees, advising of enrolment, and managing increase or opt-out requests.
* Supporting, monitoring, and implementing changes in line with the NMW and Living Wage Allowance.
* Preparing contractual documentation related to new appointments, terminations, and employment variations, and notifying Payroll of salary changes.
* Maintaining and updating manual and computerized HR systems to ensure accurate recording of information.
* Ensuring compliance with all required DBS and Right to Work in the UK checks.
* Maintaining people data, ensuring consistency between HR systems.
* Ensuring benefits administration processes are completed timely and accurately.
* Running audit reports to identify and correct data errors.
* Updating employee data in HR systems.
* Assisting with project administration such as appraisals, recruitment, onboarding, and TUPE.
The successful candidate will have
* Experience in general finance, administration, or HR skills.
* Good IT skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office packages.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
* Ability to maintain professionalism and handle confidential information.
* Please note there will be a DBS check as part of the application process.
