I'm hiring for one of the fastest-growing platforms in the creator economy, a VC-backed business that's redefining how digital creators connect with their audience, leveraging cutting-edge AI and a subscription-first model. Their mission? To help creators scale, monetise, and thrive – and they’re doing it fast.
They’re now looking for a Sales Rep (360) to join the team and take ownership of their most profitable vertical. This role is ideal for someone commercially driven, relationship-focused, and excited by the opportunity to grow a high-impact sales function in a booming sector.
What you’ll be doing:
* Proactively identifying and engaging with new B2B prospects through email outreach, social channels, networking, and inbound follow-ups
* Building and nurturing strong relationships with creators and key decision-makers
* Managing your pipeline, updating activity in CRM, and consistently hitting sales targets
* Collaborating with marketing to align messaging and create tailored campaigns for your target audience
* Staying on top of creator economy trends to spot new opportunities
* Using platforms like LinkedIn, CRM systems, and sales enablement tools to drive efficiency and results
* Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and guiding them through onboarding and growth
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience in outbound B2B sales, ideally in a startup or fast-paced digital environment
* Strong presentation and communication skills – you know how to pitch and close
* A natural relationship builder with confidence in managing conversations from first outreach to signed deal
* Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven – you thrive on momentum and results
* Curious and commercially aware – you can spot opportunities others miss
* A genuine interest in the creator space
