Job Opportunity:

Sales Executive | Solihull, West Midlands


Salary:

Basic salary up to £40,000 with an OTE of up to £70,000, uncapped


Car Allowance:

£350 per month

Hours of Work:

8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday

We are seeking a driven and commercially minded Sales Executive to lead and grow our client base across consultancy and training service lines, both in the UK and internationally. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, preferably in consultancy services or industrial training sectors, with a passion for building long-term client relationships. Responsibilities include identifying business opportunities, closing deals, and driving revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet company targets
* Identify and engage potential clients across relevant sectors
* Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing
* Collaborate with consultants and trainers to tailor service offerings
* Attend industry events and networking opportunities
* Maintain sales pipeline and provide forecasts and reports
* Build and manage a sales team as the business grows
* Gather market intelligence for service development and pricing


Candidate Requirements:

* Experience in consultative B2B sales, supporting manufacturing industry
* Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in consultancy, training, or technical services
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
* Full UK driving license
* Understanding of maintenance management principles is a plus
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Self-motivated, target-oriented, customer-focused
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
