HR Coordinator - Contract
Location: OSHQ, Southampton (Hybrid - in office Tuesdays & Thursdays)
Engagement: PAYE only (via agency or approved umbrella)
IR35: Inside IR35
Key Responsibilities
* Manage inbound HR queries through Workday Help, providing timely and accurate responses
* Support core HR processes, including pay-related updates in Workday
* Maintain accurate data across Workday and SharePoint
* Ensure all HR administration follows the correct business processes
* Contribute to the creation and optimisation of content for a new product series, including product descriptions and SEO terms
* Set up new products on Amazon and coordinate descriptions and imagery with internal teams
* Work with marketing, sales and product teams to ensure content is engaging, accurate and aligned
* Source and validate imagery with product and cartography teams
What We're Looking For
* Proven HR experience and understanding of HR processes
* Strong customer service approach
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Experience using HR systems (Workday knowledge is an advantage)
* Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
* Confident communication skills across all channels
