Our client is a well-established installation company with over 10 years experience in the industry. They specialise in a wide range of domestic energy efficiency and renewable solutions, including:
* Gas boiler replacements
* External wall insulation
* Underfloor insulation
* Loft insulation
* Cavity wall insulation
* Solar panels
* Air source heat pumps
Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a highly experienced Site Manager to join their team in the West Midlands on a permanent basis.
Critical tasks / responsibilities:
* Oversee on-site retrofit installation works (e.g., insulation, heating systems, external wall insulation, renewables) across domestic properties.
* Manage site teams, subcontractors, daily operations, materials, and programme adherence while ensuring minimal disruption to residents.
* Enforce strict H&S compliance, quality checks, snagging, and handover; conduct toolbox talks and site inductions.
* Liaise with residents, project managers, and surveyors to resolve issues and maintain positive relationships.
* You will be working with tenants and private home owners.
