New Store Opening! We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Manager to join our new team in Wyndham Way Retail Park, Portishead.
This is a brand new store, and we are looking for colleagues to join the team on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role, and being flexible with your working pattern will be essential.

Role Responsibilities
* Manage the cash office and checkout area, ensuring the highest standards of customer service.
* Drive a team to deliver personable, polite, and prompt service at the checkout.
* Act as a role model by displaying exceptional service to customers.
* Be highly visible and approachable to both customers and colleagues.
* Coach colleagues to ensure they demonstrate the appropriate skills and knowledge in the checkout area.
* Ensure compliance with company stock control procedures within the designated timelines.
* Ensure company property, cash, and stock are secure at all times.
* Contribute to making our stores a fun and engaging place to work.
Candidate Requirements
Ideal candidates will be enthusiastic, focused, driven team players with a passion for retail and delivering excellent service.
* Experience managing a small team in a fast-paced retail environment.
* Strong numerical and problem-solving skills.
* A flexible approach and a ‘can-do’ attitude.
* The ability to think on your feet.
