The Role
We’re looking for a freelance, commission-only recruiter to build high-quality shortlists for client roles. This is NOT traditional headhunting - you’re not starting from scratch.
We’ve built an internal AI system that scans a talent pool of 100,000+ candidates and surfaces strong matches instantly. Your job is to take that signal, refine it, and turn it into a tight shortlist.
What You’ll Do
* Take a clear brief when a client is hiring
* Run ivee’s AI matching system to generate an initial shortlist
* Source additional candidates via LinkedIn or other platforms if needed
* Speak to top candidates to assess quality and fit (quick “vibe-check” calls)
* Deliver a clean, high-quality shortlist to the client
* Own the client relationship throughout the process
You will not be booking interviews or managing full-cycle recruitment.
This is about speed, judgement, and output.
Commission
* ivee charges 7.5% per successful hire
* You receive 50% of that fee
High volume, fast turnaround.
Who We’re Looking For
* 4+ years recruiting experience
* Recent experience placing AI-fluent or technical talent
* Comfortable working commission-only - if not, this isn’t the role for you
* Fast operator - you're able to move quickly without over-processing
* Strong judgement on candidate quality and fit
* AI fluent - you are using tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or similar to move faster is expected
