We’re looking for a reliable, physically fit Outdoor Labourer to join a busy, hands-on operation. This is not a warehouse or desk job, you’ll be outside every day, all day, doing real, physical work. Rian or shine, we're out in the Scottish weather.
If you enjoy being active, don’t mind getting dirty, and would rather rack up 20,000–30,000 steps a day than sit still, you’ll fit right in.
The Role
* Outdoor manual labour in all weather conditions
* Physical, demanding work throughout the day
* Moving, handling and assisting with materials and equipment
* Supporting site operations and keeping areas safe and tidy
* Working as part of a close-knit team that gets the job done
What We’re Looking For
* Happy to work outdoors every day
* Physically fit and comfortable with heavy, active work
* Reliable, punctual and hard-working
* A good attitude and willingness to get stuck in
* Previous labouring or outdoor work experience is helpful, but not essential
What’s On Offer
* £14.50 per hour
* Overtime available
* Mon - Thur 8.00 AM - 4.30 PM and Fridays 7.00 AM - 2.30PM
* Full-time, stable work
* Straightforward role with clear expectations
