The role
Salary: £35,000 - 75,000 per year Requirements: We require a strong background in PeopleSoft development. We require experience with PeopleTools and PeopleCode. We require experience with Application Engine and Application Designer. We require experience with Integration Broker. We require strong SQL and PL-SQL skills. We require experience working with XML, REST APIs, and SFTP. We require proven experience building and maintaining system integrations and interfaces. We require the ability to work across both support and development in a live enterprise system. Responsibilities: We will develop and enhance PeopleSoft HCM solutions across a global environment. We will design and build interfaces and integrations between PeopleSoft and external systems. We will maintain and improve existing integrations, including modernising legacy interfaces. We will troubleshoot and resolve system issues, including code-level fixes. We will translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. We will support initiatives to improve system performance, automation, and user experience. We will collaborate with HR, IT, and global stakeholders on new features and enhancements. This is a permanent, full-time PeopleSoft Technical Developer role based in Hemel Hempstead, working in a hybrid pattern of 3 days onsite and 2 remote. You will join a small, highly technical international team and play a key part in developing, integrating, and modernising a large-scale PeopleSoft HCM platform that supports critical HR processes globally, including payroll, talent acquisition, and benefits.
