A media business are looking for a Senior HR Administrator to join the team on a 12-month fixed-term contract ASAP, stepping into a hands-on role that sits right at the heart of their people operations.
In this role, you’ll be supporting the full employee lifecycle, from contracts and onboarding through to leavers and everything in between. You’ll be a trusted point of contact for employees and managers, handling HR queries with confidence and discretion, and making sure records are accurate, up to date and compliant.
Payroll will be a key part of the role. You’ll be responsible for preparing and processing monthly payroll, managing changes such as salary updates and deductions, and working closely with external providers to make sure everyone is paid accurately and on time. You’ll also handle payroll queries, benefits administration and support with audits and reporting when needed.
We’re looking for someone with solid experience in HR administration at a senior level, who’s comfortable juggling priorities and working to deadlines. You’ll already have experience processing payroll and understand the importance of accuracy, confidentiality and attention to detail. Strong systems experience and a practical, can-do approach will serve you well here.
