The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead hiring efforts across multiple brands and functions, from ambitious graduates to seasoned specialists. You'll own the end-to-end recruitment process, drive improvements, and work directly with hiring managers to shape talent strategy.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will…
* Manage 10–15 live roles at any one time across business units
* Own the full recruitment cycle from brief to offer stage
* Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand business needs
* Use creative sourcing and direct outreach to improve candidate pipelines
* Track performance and share hiring insights with the People team
You will need…
* 18 months to 2 years’ recruitment experience (agency or R2R)
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
* Proven stakeholder management confidence at all levels
* A natural flair for engaging candidates and building brand value
* A collaborative mindset and hunger to develop
